Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order. 
Once production has begun, cancellations are not accepted as 
most items are made to order.

Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or broken item, please 
contact us on WhatsApp at 6305508247 within 24 hours of delivery.

Kindly share:
- A clear unboxing video from all angles no editing
- Photos of the damaged product

If the issue is confirmed, we will process a replacement within 
1–2 working days. If a replacement is not possible, a full 
refund will be issued within 5–7 business days.

Non-Returnable Items
As most products are personalised and made to order, we do not 
accept returns unless the item is damaged or defective.
