By placing an order with us, you agree to the following terms:

1. Product Information
All products are handcrafted. Slight variations in color, size, or finish may occur due to lighting, screen settings, and the handmade nature of the items.

2. Personalised Orders
Customers are responsible for providing correct spelling, dates, and customisation details at the time of order. Once production has started, changes cannot be made.

Personalised or customised items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

3. Order Confirmation
Orders are processed only after successful payment confirmation. We reserve the right to cancel any order due to pricing errors, stock issues, or incomplete information.

4. Shipping & Delivery
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays or unforeseen circumstances. We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect address details provided by the customer.

5. Intellectual Property
All designs, images, and product concepts are the property of our brand and may not be copied, reproduced, or resold without permission.

6. Liability
Our liability is limited to the value of the product purchased. We are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses.
